Referrals
|
Many of our cases are referred by other attorneys. Through years of experience, Miller/Salsbury has become familiar with the many reasons attorneys refer cases to other attorneys. The referring attorney may not be interested in handling a case if it involves litigation. The intense demands of a case dictates that a firm that can deal with these demands be brought in. Conflicts of interest may prevent attorneys from handling matters themselves. Or, for financial, personal or other non-legal reasons, the referring attorney simply does not desire to represent the client. The Miller/Salsbury Law Firm may be willing to take over the case completely, or work with the referring attorney in a joint handling of the case. If you have a complex case and you need to refer it out or engage co-counsel, contact Miller/Salsbury today at (636) 938-9877. You will be glad that you did.
